In this document, we discuss the simulation of a Spatial Multiplexing system using 16-QAM modulation scheme and a Maximum Likelihood Sequence Estimation (MLSE) equalizer. This system is widely used in wireless communication to increase the data transmission rate and improve the overall performance. Spatial Multiplexing allows multiple data streams to be transmitted simultaneously using multiple antennas at the transmitter and receiver. The 16-QAM modulation scheme provides a balance between spectral efficiency and error rate performance. The MLSE equalizer is used to mitigate the effects of channel distortion and improve the accuracy of symbol detection. Through this simulation, we aim to evaluate the performance of the Spatial Multiplexing system and analyze its suitability for different wireless communication scenarios.
