In this document, the central idea is to propose a new thesis for the UPFC damping controller. The UPFC damping controller is an important part of power system stability control. The proposed thesis aims to improve the performance of the UPFC damping controller, by introducing a new algorithm. This algorithm takes into account the changing conditions of the power system and adjusts the controller accordingly. In addition, the thesis will provide a detailed analysis of the existing UPFC damping controller and its limitations. The new approach will be compared to the existing approaches and the advantages and disadvantages of each approach will be discussed. Finally, the proposed thesis will also present a simulation study to validate the effectiveness of the new algorithm and its ability to improve the performance of the UPFC damping controller.
