详 情 说 明

In this document, we present a simulation of a transceiver system that displays the bit error rate (BER) as a function of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The aim of this simulation is to compare the BER performance of three different receivers: the least mean squares (LMS) receiver, the recursive least squares (RLS) receiver, and the maximum likelihood sequence estimation (MLSE) receiver. The simulation focuses on inverting the effects of a Rayleigh fading channel.

The transceiver system consists of several components. First, there is a modulation stage, where the input signal is modulated using a specific modulation scheme. Then, a pilot adder adds pilot symbols to the modulated signal for channel estimation purposes. The signal is then passed through an additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel and a Rayleigh fading channel.

After the channel, the pilot symbols are removed and channel estimation is performed using three different methods: LMS, MLSE, and RLS. Finally, the signal is demodulated to recover the original data.

By simulating this transceiver system and comparing the performance of the different receivers, we can gain insights into the effectiveness of each method in combating the challenges posed by a Rayleigh fading channel.
